[Between tradition, religion and modernity : the construction of a therapeutic competence’s network in Cameroon]

[Abstract. Among the African countries where the phenomenon of medical pluralism prevails and where sanitary care is today orientated toward the investigation of varying medical sectors in the elaboration of programs, Cameroon remains one of the countries where medical education still relies wholly on monotherapeutic representations. However, the demands in therapy point out that confronted by illness and therapist, the cameroonian patient behaves in such a way that he would want his therapist to assume the roles of biomedical doctor, healer, prophetic healer and priest at the same time. This article therefore seeks to examine the question of cross-cultural training with the aim of constructing a network of intervention. Meanwhile, taking into consideration the conflicting relationship among the different medicines, it will be necessary to focus the training on the notion of collaboration.]
